The Zoho Flow time tracking integration lets any of 1,000+ apps create and update records inside WebWork through a no-code Flow. Zoho Flow watches for the event in the other app, and WebWork carries out the action. Here is what arrives in WebWork:

From Zoho CRM and Bigin
Zoho Flow creates a WebWork project when a deal reaches closed-won in Zoho CRM or Bigin by Zoho CRM. The Create contract action runs in the same Flow, so the rate agreed in the CRM is on the WebWork contract from the start and billable hours are tracked on that project from the first day.
From Zoho Desk and Support Tools
Zoho Flow creates a WebWork task when a ticket is raised in Zoho Desk or another support tool. The ticket stays in the helpdesk and the time spent on it is tracked on the matching WebWork task.
From Other CRMs
Zoho Flow connects WebWork to CRMs outside the Zoho suite, including HubSpot CRM, Salesforce, Copper, Insightly and Streak. A task created in any of them creates a matching WebWork task, and that is the pattern most of the prebuilt WebWork Flows in Zoho Flow’s gallery follow.
From HR and Onboarding Tools
Zoho Flow creates a WebWork member when a new hire is added in an HR or onboarding system. A Create contract action runs alongside it, so the member has a rate and a contract on record before the first tracked hour.

Logic
Zoho Flow runs a Flow through if-then branches and time delays before it reaches WebWork. A branch on deal value or account type means only qualifying records create a WebWork project, and a delay holds the action until a start date arrives.
Custom Functions
Zoho Flow runs scripting functions that reshape data mid-Flow. Dates, currency values and naming conventions from the source app can be formatted to match what the WebWork action expects before the record is created.
Webhook Triggers
Zoho Flow accepts webhooks at a dedicated URL in JSON, form data or plain text. An app with no Zoho Flow connector of its own can still start a Flow that ends in a WebWork action.

No. The WebWork connector in Zoho Flow provides actions only, so a Flow always starts from an event in another app and ends with a record created or updated in WebWork. A Flow also cannot start or stop a timer, since tracking runs in WebWork itself. For automations that need to start from a WebWork event, the Zapier integration carries ten WebWork triggers.
Use the native integration when you are working in Zoho Projects. The Zoho Projects integration syncs portals, projects, tasks and people both ways, and hours tracked in WebWork appear on the Zoho Projects task as a native log entry. Zoho Flow is for the apps that have no native WebWork connection.
