How to Integrate Time Tracking with Wise?
Go to Finances > Payroll. Choose Wise in the Export Methods column for each workspace member you want to pay with Wise.
Click Export in the bottom-right of the page. You’ll get a zip file with spreadsheets in the native formats of all selected payment gateways.
Use Wise’s batch payment functionality to import data from your “export-wise.csv” spreadsheet.

Yes, you can set the payment methods from the Export Methods column for each member. Other than Wise, you can also export the payroll for PayPal, Payoneer, and Gusto.
Yes, you can choose which projects you’d like to export payroll data from the Projects tab on top of the Payroll page.
You can set hourly rates for your workspace members, projects, or individual contracts.
- To set an hourly rate for members, go to People, select the member > Billing, and set the rate.
- To set an hourly rate for a project, go to Projects, select the project > Properties and set the rate.
- To set an hourly rate for a contract, go to Projects > Contracts. Under the Hourly Rate column of each contract, select Custom Rate, and set the rate.
