WebWork Time Tracker classifies tracking data into detailed reports. It has reports for Timesheet, Timeline, Attendance, Activity Level, Statistics, Activity Description, Apps and Websites, Tasks, Productivity, Invoice and User Geolocations. The reports can be sorted according to members, contracts and time. They can also be exported in CSV, XLS and PDF.

RescueTime also creates reports on the data it tracks. These include reports on Applications and Websites, Categories, Productivity, Your Goals, Highlights and Your Organization. They can be sorted according to Activities, Hour, Trending, Sources and Time Frame. These can be exported as CSV files.


WebWork Time Tracker measures productivity according to time spent on productive platforms and activity level. First, certain apps and websites need to be marked as productive, non-productive and neutral. Then the tracker measures time spent on each. The tracker also counts the number of mouse clicks and keystrokes and considers them too when measuring productivity.

On RescueTime, productivity is measured on a scale of 0-100. These scores determine the Productivity Pulse of the user. First, the user needs to mark activities as Very Productive, Productive, Distracting and Very Distracting. When the user spends time on a productive activity, the pulse rises and vice versa.


WebWork Time Tracker offers 4 Screenshot Modes. They are Screenshot, Background, Blurred and No Screenshot. The different modes allow for different types of tracking, depending on privacy and other factors of the project.
