How to Make Payments with PayPal in WebWork?

To be able to pay, you need to first connect your PayPal account. Go to Settings>Finance and Connect with PayPal.

The receiver is also advised to connect their PayPal account. If they don’t connect but have an account with the same email they used for WebWork, the payment will be sent to it. If they don’t have an account, you’ll get refunded.

To make a payment, go to Finances>Payments>Make Payment.

Select PayPal as the payment method, select the member you want to pay, enter the amount you want to pay, write a note if necessary, and click Pay. The payment will be created and you can monitor the status to make sure it is complete.

Yes. You can pay your employees automatically via PayPal by selecting it as the payment method in Finance > Payments > Create Payment. The payment will be sent instantly.
Yes. You can export the payroll report by selecting PayPal under Export and the report will be downloaded.
If you pay a team member with PayPal on WebWork and they don’t have a PayPal account, you will get refunded.
You can set hourly rates for your workspace members, projects, or individual contracts.
- To set an hourly rate for members, go to People, select the member > Billing, and set the rate.
- To set an hourly rate for a project, go to Projects, select the project > Properties and set the rate.
- To set an hourly rate for a contract, go to Projects > Contracts. Under the Hourly Rate column of each contract, select Custom Rate, and set the rate.
