Activity Levels - Activity Tracking
WebWork Time Tracker tracks activity
WebWork Time Tracker tracks activity by mouse click and keystroke quantity.
There are three activity levels:
- High
- Medium
- Low
Activity level of a user is shown in the Screenshot Report page. The color next to user’s name is indicating the average activity level of a whole day. While hovering through it you can see average activity level by percentage.

On the Screenshot Report page, you can see that each 10-minute interval has its own screenshot with activity level, which is generated based on the number of mouse clicks and keystrokes. At the bottom of each screenshot you will see color indicating its activity level.

While hovering through a colored line on the bottom of a screenshot it shows the exact quantity of mouse clicks and keystrokes for that time period, and also activity level by percentage.

For more detailed information user can click on each screenshot and see all events per minute. Also, you will see the quantity of keyboard and mouse usage for each app and websitet used that time period.

Please note, that WebWork Time Tracker records only the quantity of the mouse clicks and keyboard strokes and not where do you click or what do you type.
If you don’t perform any activity for 7 minutes, which means you don’t use keyboard and mouse, the tracker automatically stops tracking time. Then appears a popup on your screen informing about it. The inactivity time interval can be changed only by the owner.
