Three Ways Teams Use Google Workspace with WebWork

Your directory, your calendar, and your sign-in already live in Google. WebWork plugs into them instead of asking anyone to set up anything twice.

Onboard the Whole Team from Your Google Directory

Import members straight from Google Workspace and choose exactly who comes in. No invitation emails to chase, no spreadsheet of addresses — the people in your directory become WebWork members with one import.

Keep Joiners and Leavers in Sync Automatically

Turn on Auto-sync and new Workspace members appear in WebWork on their own. Turn on Auto-remove and someone who leaves Google Workspace leaves WebWork too. Each toggle is separate, so you decide how far the sync goes.

See Google Calendar Next to Tracked Time

With the Google Calendar integration, events show up in WebWork's calendar beside the hours your team tracks — meetings and focused work on one timeline, so planning and reporting use the same picture.

How to Connect Google Workspace and WebWork

Three steps from your WebWork dashboard. Signing up to WebWork with Google does not switch the integration on — enable it here.

1

In WebWork, go to Integrations and enable the Google Workspace integration.

2

Sign in to your Google account and grant access to your Google Workspace data.

3

In the integration settings, choose which members to import.

4

Toggle Auto-sync and Auto-remove to match how you want joiners and leavers handled.

5

Import — your team is in WebWork and can start tracking right away.

Auto-sync and Auto-remove are independent switches in the integration settings. With Auto-remove on, a member deleted in Google Workspace is removed from WebWork as well.
