Setting up WebWork’s Stripe time tracking integration is simple. Here’s how you can do so to pay your staff and receive payments from clients.
Go to Settings > Finance and connect your Stripe account. Make sure your team members do this too so they can receive your payments.
Go to Finances > Payments, and click “Make Payment”. Select which workspace member you’d like to pay, enter the amount, and click “Submit”.

How to Pay on WebWorkGo to Settings > Finance and connect your Stripe account. Make sure your client has a Stripe account as well so they can pay your invoice.
Go to Finances > Invoices, and click “Create Invoice”. Select either “Custom invoice” or “Hour-based invoice”.
Fill in the details of your invoice. Make sure to enable “Accept Payment”. Click “Save & Share”, and choose how you’d like to share your invoice.
Your client will then need to click Pay Now on their invoice, after which they’ll be taken to Stripe’s website to complete their payment. Learn more about WebWork’s invoicing functionality on our feature page.
