The WebWork–QuickBooks time tracking integration is designed to keep time tracking and financial data connected with minimal setup and no manual transfers.
1. Enable the QuickBooks integration
In your WebWork dashboard, go to Integrations > QuickBooks > Enable.
2. Connect your QuickBooks account
Authorize your QuickBooks account and link it to your WebWork workspace.
3. Import employees, customers, and projects
Sync members and projects. Members with the same emails will be synced automatically.
4. Enable Send Date to QuickBooks
In Integrations > QuickBooks > Settings enable Send tracked time data from WebWork.
5. Hours appear automatically in QuickBooks
Tracked time is sent directly to QuickBooks and reflected in project time activity for payroll and billing.
