Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing meaningful relationships with prospective clients and converting them into loyal customers. This role requires a strategic thinker with a knack for identifying opportunities and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements to propose tailored solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities.

Customer Support

Location: Remote (global)

Job Description: We are looking for an empathetic and detail-oriented Customer Care Specialist to enhance our user experience. In this role, you will act as the first line of support for our customers, addressing their needs and concerns with patience, understanding, and efficiency. Your goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction adds value and strengthens their trust in WebWork Time Tracker.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with timely and accurate information.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, and expediting correction or adjustment.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution and maintain customer records by updating account information.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users).
  • Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
  • Inform customers about new features and functionalities.
  • Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.

Requirements:

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
