No. Real-Time Monitoring only shows you the platform your employee is currently working on, the project and task assigned to them, and the activity description, if they fill it in.

Yes. WebWork can track the IP address of the user.
Does WebWork track geolocation?
Yes, WebWork can track geolocation on mobile. In order for it to work, the user needs to give WebWork the necessary permissions to track their geolocation. Then the tracked information is available to the employer.
