If teams and team managers are configured, and the “Who can approve leave requests” setting is set to “Team Managers,” then each manager will receive and approve leave requests only for their own team members. For example, if a Sales team employee applies for leave, only the Sales team manager/head will receive that request.

We already have a Whitelisted IP address feature where you can add your desired IP addresses, so the members will only be able to track time using the desktop version of the track when they have the mentioned IP addresses. To use this feature, navigate to Settings > Tracker and click on Security Tab. There you can add your IP addresses. Dear Customer, Thank you for your suggestion. Currently, in several reports, such as Tracked Hours and Timeline, you can filter by Method or enable the Method Column. This will allow you to see which tracker was used to track time or if the time was added manually.

Currently, we don't have an "exclude idle time" option, but we have reports, where you can combine Idle time and other types of columns to see the total and use choose the needed filter. Also, you can disable "Idle time and" enable "auto-enable when active" features and the idle time won't be counted. Break policies are now available in WebWork. You can create break policies with custom time limits, set them as paid or unpaid, and auto-assign to team members. Go to Settings > Break Policies to configure.
