Productivity KPIs
WebWork introduces KPIs, a new page under Productivity Insights where managers define the performance level expected for each productivity metric and see whether it is being met. A KPI can be set for the whole workspace, for a specific team, or for a job title, and every member is measured against the KPI that applies to them. Results are shown for any date range, so the same view answers both a weekly check-in and a quarterly review.
What You Can Set
- A KPI for average productive time, activity level, inactive time, meeting time and focus time
- Different KPIs for the workspace, for individual teams and for individual job titles
- KPIs from the KPIs page or directly from the Productivity Insights tab you are already viewing
What You Get
- One table listing the workspace, every team and every job title against each metric
- A clear met or not met indicator per metric, based on real tracked data for the selected dates
- Team and title filters plus a date picker to narrow the view
How Metrics Are Judged
- Productive time, activity level and focus time are met when the result is equal or higher
- Inactive time and meeting time are met when the result is equal or lower
- Metrics without a KPI are left blank rather than counted as met
Why It Matters
- Productivity numbers gain a reference point, so managers can act on them instead of interpreting them
- Expectations can differ by role without maintaining separate spreadsheets
- Every member sees the KPI that applies to them and where it comes from
