Bulk Actions for Members and Projects

Bulk actions are now available on both the Members and Projects pages, allowing you to select multiple items and make changes in a single operation. Apply filters to narrow down your selection, check the items you want to modify, and execute changes across all of them at once — saving significant time compared to editing each one individually.

On the Members page, bulk actions let you update roles, assign teams, change settings, or archive multiple members simultaneously. On the Projects page, you can modify project properties, update statuses, or adjust settings across a group of projects with just a few clicks. The filter-first workflow means you can target exactly the right set of items before making any changes.

This feature is a major productivity boost for workspace administrators and managers who oversee large teams or maintain extensive project lists. Tasks that previously required clicking into each member or project individually — like onboarding a batch of new hires or archiving completed projects at the end of a quarter — can now be completed in seconds.
