Bulk Actions for Apps and Websites Classification

Classifying apps and websites one by one is now a thing of the past. With the new bulk action feature on the Apps and Websites Monitoring page, you can apply filters to narrow down your list, then click Bulk Edit to set multiple apps and websites as Productive, Non-Productive, or Neutral in a single action.

This is especially useful during initial setup when you have dozens or even hundreds of unclassified tools to categorize, or when company policies change and you need to reclassify a group of applications at once. The filter and bulk edit combination means you can target specific categories, usage patterns, or uncategorized items and handle them all in seconds.

By making classification faster and more efficient, this feature helps ensure that your productivity reports are accurate from day one. Managers no longer need to spend time individually tagging each application — just filter, select, classify, and move on to more important work.
