Slack Notifications

Slack can now be chosen as a notification channel, beside email, in-app, Microsoft Teams and webhooks.

What You Get

• Slack as a channel in notification preferences
• Each notification type routed to its own channel
• Available once the Slack integration is connected

Why It Matters

• Approvals and alerts reach teams where they already work
• A workspace can send some notifications to Slack and keep the rest in email
• Existing notification channels work as before
