Task Closure Metrics in Productivity Insights

Productivity Insights now includes three task metrics: average time to close a task, task closure rate and on-time closure rate.

What You Get

• Average time to close a task
• Task closure rate and on-time closure rate
• Each member’s figure next to the workspace average and a benchmark
• A KPI on each metric, for a member, team or job title

Why It Matters

• Task delivery is measured alongside time and activity
• Numbers are read in context rather than on their own
• Expected levels are set for task delivery the same way as for other metrics
