Recurring Tasks
Set tasks to repeat automatically on a schedule, so routine work creates itself without manual effort. Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, or custom
intervals, and decide whether the next task appears on a fixed date or only after the current one is completed. Recurrence is configured directly from the
due date picker – no separate setup needed.
How It Works
- Set recurrence from the due date picker in list view, kanban view, or the task detail page
- Choose from daily, weekly, monthly, yearly, days after completion, or a custom interval
- Daily recurrence can skip weekends, monthly can land on the same date, a specific weekday, or the first or last day of the month
- Decide when the next task appears — on a fixed schedule regardless of status, or only after the current one is completed
What You Can Configure
- Create a new task on each recurrence or update the existing one
- Set tasks to recur forever, a specific number of times, or until an end date
- Automatically update the task status when a new recurrence is created
- Start and due dates carry forward with the same gap preserved
- Custom intervals let you set every X weeks, months, or years with specific day selection
