Sync Deel Teams and Members Automatically
Overview
WebWork enhances its Deel integration with full team and member synchronization. Administrators can import their entire team structure from Deel — including teams and their assigned members — directly into WebWork. WebWork automatically recreates the same team structure, placing each member into the correct team to mirror the Deel setup. Automatic sync keeps both platforms aligned at all times, so any changes to teams or members in Deel are reflected in WebWork without manual intervention.
Automatic Sync
When automatic sync is enabled, any changes made in Deel are reflected in WebWork in real time. New members are added to WebWork and placed into the appropriate teams, removed members are deactivated, and new teams created in Deel are automatically created in WebWork with the correct members assigned. This ensures the team structure in WebWork always matches Deel without requiring administrators to make updates in both platforms.
Timesheet Approval for Synced Members
Timesheet approval workflows can be configured to automatically include newly synced members, so they are assigned to an approval process from day one. This removes the gap between onboarding a member in Deel and having them fully set up in WebWork with the correct team and approval workflow in place.
