Xero Integration Update 2

Enhanced Xero integration now supports automatic invoice syncing. Invoices and bills are sent to Xero automatically when created, removing the need for manual transfers. Improved contact matching ensures existing Xero contacts are linked correctly, and new contacts are created only when needed.
