Historic Rates

We’ve added Historic Rate sections to the Contract side panel, the Member side panel (Finance tab), and the Project side panel (Properties tab). These sections display rate changes made after this feature went live: on the Members page, they show member rate and salary changes; on the Projects page, project rate changes; and on the Contract page, contract rate changes.
