Team Leaderboard

A new Leaderboard tab has been added to the Members page, giving owners, executive managers, and team managers a ranked view of team performance. Members are displayed from top to lowest performers based on criteria you select — time tracked, activity level, productivity score, and more.

The leaderboard provides a quick, visual way to identify your top contributors and spot team members who may need additional support or guidance. Rather than manually comparing numbers across individual profiles, you get an instant ranking that highlights performance patterns across your entire team or specific groups.

This feature is designed to encourage healthy accountability and transparency within teams. Managers can use it during performance reviews, sprint retrospectives, or daily standups to recognize high performers and address potential issues early. The leaderboard updates in real time based on tracked data, so the rankings always reflect the most current information available.
