WebWork now connects natively with Clio, the legal practice management platform used by firms worldwide. Your team tracks time in WebWork against real cases, and every tracked hour flows into Clio as a billable entry – credited to the correct timekeeper, at your firm’s own rates. It is built for firms that want proof-of-work time tracking and accurate legal billing in a single flow. The Clio integration is currently available for US firms.
Track Time and Bill Through Clio
- Track on real matters – your team tracks work against actual cases, with matter statuses (Open, Pending, Closed) shown on the task board and full control over which statuses sync.
- Bill every tracked hour – time logged in WebWork appears in Clio as a billable entry on the correct matter, attributed to the right timekeeper at your firm’s billing rates, with no copy-pasting and no missed billables.
- Sync Clio tasks – optionally import Clio to-dos as subtasks under their matter, with assignees and due dates, so time tracked on a to-do bills straight to its matter.
One-Click Setup and Live Sync
Connect in one click – authorise your Clio account and your workspace configures itself: clients become projects, matters become tasks, and team members are matched automatically.
Real-time updates – changes in Clio appear in WebWork within seconds, so newly opened matters show up on their own and closed cases complete themselves with no manual upkeep.
Two-way sync – data stays up to date across both platforms automatically, so changes in WebWork and Clio are kept in sync without manual updates.
