Benchmark Data for Activity and Productivity
For users on the Plus plan and higher, benchmark data is now available across key productivity metrics — activity level, inactive time, meeting time, productive time, and focus time. Benchmarks give you a clear reference point to understand how your team performance compares to others, helping you identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
Benchmark comparisons are tailored to your context across three tabs. In the Members tab, benchmarks are based on users with a similar job title — if a title is set. When no title is available, benchmarks default to all WebWork users. The Teams tab shows benchmarks based on similar teams, so you can see how your engineering or sales team stacks up against comparable groups. The Workspace tab provides industry-level benchmarks based on other workspaces within the same industry.
This layered approach to benchmarking ensures that the comparisons you see are meaningful and relevant. Instead of measuring your team against a generic average, you get context-aware insights that reflect your specific roles, team structures, and industry norms — making it easier to set realistic goals and track progress over time.
