Productivity Insights — Meeting Time, Focus Time, and Benchmarks

Productivity Insights has been expanded with new blocks for Meeting Time, Focus Time, and Productive Time, displayed as daily charts with benchmark data. These additions give you a more complete picture of how your team spends their day — not just how much time is tracked, but how that time is distributed between focused work, meetings, and other activities. Benchmark data is available for Plus and higher plans, providing context on how your metrics compare.

A new Workspace tab has been added alongside the existing Per Member and Per Team views, offering a high-level summary of productivity across your entire organization. Benchmark data has also been integrated into the activity level and inactive time blocks. In the Per Member tab, benchmarks show the average for users with similar job titles. In the Per Team tab, they reflect the average for similar teams. And in the Workspace tab, benchmarks are based on other workspaces in the same industry.

Together, these updates transform Productivity Insights from a basic activity overview into a comprehensive analytics tool. Managers can now identify which team members need more focus time, which teams spend too much time in meetings, and how the overall workspace compares to industry standards — all from a single page.
