AI Usage and Distraction Tracking in Productivity Insights

Productivity Insights now includes two new blocks that give managers visibility into AI tool usage and app-switching behavior across the team.

What You Get

• AI Usage block with a chart showing total time spent in AI tools as a share of all tracked time, plus a breakdown of each tool with minutes used and percentage
• Distraction block showing the number of switches between different apps, average time before switching, and the top tools switched to
• Both blocks available per member, per team, and at workspace level
• Data fits into the existing Productivity Insights dashboard alongside other metrics
