Webhooks in API v2

Webhook support has been implemented in API v2, allowing you to receive real-time notifications whenever key events happen in your WebWork workspace. Instead of polling the API for changes, your systems are notified instantly — making integrations faster, more efficient, and easier to maintain.

Webhooks are available for a wide range of resources and events. For Members, you can listen for invited, activated, updated (personal details and role changes), archived, and deleted events. Project webhooks cover created, updated, archived, and deleted. Contract events include created, updated, deleted, paused, and activated. Task webhooks notify on created, updated, deleted, comment updated, and assignee updated. Timesheet approval webhooks fire on created and updated events.
