Tracking Settings per Team and Member

WebWork introduces team-level and member-level tracking settings, giving administrators flexible control over how tracking works across the workspace. Almost all tracking settings can now be adjusted for specific teams or individual members, while workspace settings remain the default for everyone else.

Team Settings

• Selective overrides – choose which settings should differ from the workspace and keep the rest inherited.
• Changed badge – see at a glance which settings have been customised for the team.
• Workspace default reference – view the workspace default next to each changed setting for easy comparison.

Member Settings

• Clear setting source – see whether each setting comes from the workspace, the member’s team, or a custom change.
• Custom changes – adjust settings for an individual member when their work requires a different setup.

Full Visibility

Administrators get a clear overview of which teams and members have a custom setup and which settings apply to each of them, based on the workspace, team, or custom configuration.
