Task Management — Bulk Add and Multi-Project Assignment
Task management in WebWork has been enhanced with the ability to add tasks directly from the All Tasks page, assign them to multiple projects at once, and automatically assign them to all members of each selected project. This streamlines task creation for teams that manage work across several projects simultaneously.
Previously, adding tasks required navigating into individual projects. Now you can create tasks from the centralized All Tasks view, select which projects they belong to, and the assignments are handled automatically. This is especially useful for recurring tasks that apply across teams — like weekly reports, code reviews, or client check-ins — where the same task needs to exist in multiple project contexts.
By reducing the steps needed to create and distribute tasks, this update helps project managers and team leads spend less time on administrative setup and more time on actual project delivery. The All Tasks page becomes a true command center for task management across your entire workspace.
