Sidebar — Favorites and Quick Search

The WebWork sidebar has been enhanced with two features designed to speed up your daily navigation: page favorites and sidebar search. Mark any page as a favorite and it appears at the top of your sidebar for instant one-click access — perfect for the reports, dashboards, or settings pages you visit most often.

The new sidebar search lets you find any page or section within WebWork without scrolling through menus. Start typing and results appear instantly, taking you directly to the page you need. This is especially useful for larger workspaces with many features enabled, where the full navigation menu can be extensive.

Together, favorites and search transform the sidebar from a static menu into a personalized navigation tool. Each team member can customize their favorites based on their role and daily tasks — a manager might pin Productivity Insights and Attendance, while a developer might favorite the Task Board and Time Editor. The result is less time clicking through menus and more time spent on actual work.
