Onboarding Status by Tracking Mode

The Onboarding Status page now adapts based on the tracking mode selected during the onboarding pop-up or from workspace settings. Whether your workspace is configured for Silent, Visible, or Visible and Silent mode, the onboarding experience and status indicators reflect the specific setup requirements for that mode.

For Silent mode, the onboarding flow focuses on device installation and background configuration steps, since employees do not interact with the tracker directly. For Visible mode, it guides users through downloading the app, logging in, and starting their first time entry. The combined Visible and Silent mode shows a hybrid checklist that covers both scenarios, making it clear which team members need which type of setup.

This mode-aware onboarding status gives managers a precise view of deployment progress across their team. Instead of a one-size-fits-all checklist, you see exactly what is relevant to your chosen tracking approach — reducing confusion, speeding up onboarding, and ensuring that every team member is properly set up before tracking begins.
