Compliance Monitoring

Monitor device compliance across your team directly from the Members page. WebWork’s desktop app checks each member’s devices for key security criteria –
password manager, hard drive encryption, antivirus, automatic updates, and screensaver lock and reports the results in a dedicated Compliance tab.

What You Get

• Compliance tab on the Members page – one row per member showing compliance status across all devices checked in the last 90 days
• See at a glance which members meet your security standards and which have non-compliant points
• Member profile shows a Devices/Assets tab with per-device compliance details and the option to ignore a device or convert it to an asset

How You Control It

• Configure which compliance checks to run – toggle each criterion on or off from Compliance Settings
• Set screensaver lock time requirements
• Feature toggle in Settings – turn it on or off for the whole workspace
• Available on Premium and above, or as an add-on at $1 per member per month
