Custom Fields for Tasks

Custom fields are now available for tasks, giving you the flexibility to track additional information beyond the standard task properties. Define custom fields such as priority level, estimated hours, client reference, sprint number, or any other data point that your workflow requires — and attach them directly to tasks across all your projects.

Custom task fields appear in the task detail view and can be filled in when creating or editing a task. This means every piece of information your team needs is right where they expect it, without relying on workarounds like tagging conventions or external spreadsheets. Fields can be configured as text, number, date, or dropdown types to match your specific data requirements.

By extending tasks with custom fields, WebWork adapts to your workflow instead of forcing you to adapt to it. Whether you are tracking design review rounds, QA status, cost estimates, or client approval stages, custom fields let you capture and organize the data that matters most to your team — all within the task management system you already use.
