Break Report — Duration and Limit Usage Analytics
The Break Report has been expanded with two new columns that provide deeper insight into how breaks are being used across your team: Average Duration and Limit Usage percentage. These additions transform the break report from a simple log into an analytical tool for managing break policies effectively.
The Average Duration column shows how long breaks typically last for each team member, making it easy to spot patterns and identify outliers. Are some team members consistently taking longer breaks than others? Is the average trending up or down over time? These are the kinds of questions the new column answers at a glance, without requiring manual calculations.
The Limit Usage percentage column shows how much of the allowed break time each member is actually using. If your workspace has break policies with defined limits, this metric tells you whether employees are staying within bounds or regularly exceeding their allocated break time. Together, these two columns give managers the data they need to enforce break policies fairly, address potential issues early, and ensure that breaks are supporting productivity rather than undermining it.
