That\u2019s why we\u2019ve been hard at work enhancing our <\/span><b>project management<\/b> <b>system<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. After lots of development, we\u2019re proud to announce <\/span><b>Project Budgeting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> and <\/span><b>Project Grouping<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What is Project Budgeting?<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Project Budgeting helps you <\/span><b>manage the budgets<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of your projects. To start using it, you must first set <\/span><b>hourly rates<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> either for your workspace members or projects. Then, you must set a <\/span><b>budget estimation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> for projects you want to track the budgets of. Simply go to <\/span><b>Projects <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&gt; <\/span><b>Projects<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, click the three-dot icon next to the one you want to edit, and click <\/span><b>Edit Details<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">After setting this up, WebWork will track how the estimated budget of each project is spent and ensure projects don\u2019t go over budget.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>Project Budgeting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> report lets you check what portion of your project\u2019s budget your workspace members have already spent and how much is remaining. You can also get a quick glimpse into which projects are under or over budget with <\/span><b>Budget Statuses<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Project Budgeting views<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>Project Budgeting<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> report offers three views: <\/span><b>Datagrid<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>Project Overview<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and <\/span><b>Summary<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>Datagrid <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">view lets you see key budgeting data for all of your projects in a simple table.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>Project Overview<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> displays more in-depth data for one project at a time in several graphs.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">The <\/span><b>Summary <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">view combines data about all projects in your workspace and gives you summarized information<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">View budgeting data in charts<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">In the <\/span><b>Datagrid <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">view, you can organize data in charts to get a clearer view of the information that matters to you. Simply select the data you need, right-click on it, and click <\/span><b>Chart Range<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> &gt; the type of chart you want to use. You will then be able to modify all details of your new chart to compare data with ease.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Once you\u2019re happy with your chart, you can <\/span><b>export <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">and share it with anyone. This new feature is perfect for businesses that work on many small projects at once.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">You can even use <\/span><b>Project Groups<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to organize the projects of different divisions within your company.
