Mais pour beaucoup d&#8217;\u00e9quipes, les r\u00e9unions sont devenues le probl\u00e8me. Des journ\u00e9es d\u00e9coup\u00e9es en blocs de 30 minutes, un temps de r\u00e9flexion grignot\u00e9 par les changements de contexte constants, et une prise de d\u00e9cision ralentie par une coordination de calendriers sans fin.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"819\" data-end=\"1084\">Chez WebWork, nous l&#8217;avons v\u00e9cu de l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur \u2014 au sein de nos propres \u00e9quipes produit, \u00e0 travers les habitudes d&#8217;utilisation de nos clients, et dans les milliers d&#8217;heures que nous aidons \u00e0 suivre chaque jour avec notre <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webwork-tracker.com\/fr\/time-tracker-with-screenshots\">logiciel de suivi du temps<\/a>. Nous avons donc appris \u00e0 poser la bonne question : <em data-start=\"1001\" data-end=\"1084\">Et si la vraie solution n&#8217;\u00e9tait pas moins de r\u00e9unions, mais de meilleures pratiques par d\u00e9faut pour la collaboration ?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1125\">Le vrai co\u00fbt de l&#8217;inflation des r\u00e9unions<\/h3>\n<p data-start=\"1127\" data-end=\"1301\">Quand chaque question devient une r\u00e9union, les \u00e9quipes perdent progressivement du temps et de l&#8217;attention. Au d\u00e9but, on ne s&#8217;en rend pas compte \u2014 un rapide standup quotidien par-ci, un appel de planification par-l\u00e0. Surtout pour les \u00e9quipes distribu\u00e9es o\u00f9 chaque fuseau horaire impose des plages de chevauchement.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1700\"><strong data-start=\"1585\" data-end=\"1604\">La progression ralentit.<\/strong> Paradoxalement, vouloir rester align\u00e9 \u00e0 travers des r\u00e9unions permanentes finit souvent par retarder les vraies prises de d\u00e9cision.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"1702\" data-end=\"1830\">Ce n&#8217;est pas qu&#8217;une question de temps.
