Esta normativa establece tanto la cantidad de d\u00edas que la empresa debe garantizar como los motivos que los justifican. Por ejemplo, muchos pa\u00edses europeos exigen un m\u00ednimo de 20 d\u00edas de vacaciones pagadas al a\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de bajas por enfermedad sin l\u00edmite de d\u00edas.
